Tania Binder, Executive Search Consultant, Spencer Stuart
Tania is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Board, CEO and Private Equity practices within the Global TMT Practice. She specializes in enterprise (B2B, SaaS, Infrastructure) and consumer software from both a search and leadership advisory capacity. Specifically, she recruits and assesses board directors, CEOs, general managers, chief revenue officers, chief marketing officers and other core members of leadership teams responsible for driving transformation and growth. In addition to her work with clients, Tania has led the San Francisco/Silicon Valley offices and has served on the firm’s North American Operating Committee.
Prior to executive search, Tania spent 20 years in operating roles at early stage, private-equity backed and publicly traded companies including working for two Texas based companies, Trilogy and BMC Software.

Jill Griffin, Board Director, Luby's, Fuddruckers
Jill Griffin grew up in rural North Carolina surrounded by wonderful teachers who inspired her love of writing. Jill is a Forbes.com columnist, independent board director for Luby’s/Fuddruckers, and an internationally-published Harvard “Working Knowledge” author. She has written six books including Earn Your Seat on a Corporate Board. 
A huge fan of Austin TX, Jill proudly served as Chairwoman for VisitAustin.org for eight years. Jill graduated Magna Cum Laude with Bachelor of Science and MBA degrees from the University of S.C. Moore School of Business, received the School’s Distinguished Alumna Award and was the 2018 Spring Commencement Speaker for MBA and PhD graduates.

Jim Offerdahl, Board Director and Advisor
Jim Offerdahl has more than more than 25 years’ experience in CEO, COO, CFO, and board director positions in high-growth technology companies. With significant expertise in both public and private companies, Offerdahl has led three initial public offerings, executed numerous mergers and acquisitions, and is known for his ability to grow revenues and profits on a worldwide basis. Currently, Jim serves as director of Q2 Holdings, a public company that provides online banking software and services to community banks and credit unions, director of DISCO, a venture backed provider of ediscovery solutions for law firms, corporations and government agencies, director of M-Files, a venture backed provider of intelligent information management and content services, and advisory board member of CognitiveScale, a venture backed developer and provider of augmented intelligence software for financial services, healthcare and digital commerce markets.

Registration

All current CFO Leadership Council members may attend this program for free. Non-member senior financial executives who are CFOs, Vice Presidents of Finance, Directors of Finance and Controllers (or the like) are welcome to attend this program for $60.

Please note that service providers or any executives who are not senior financial executives cannot attend this event. The CFO Leadership Council reserves the right to decline any registration.
