Program Description:

The greatest challenge and opportunity facing a chief financial leader is to turn around a struggling enterprise. About Our Speakers:


Hank Catalino, Financial Planning Analysis Acct, Mgr., Adaptive Insights (Moderating): Hank consults with financial business leaders CFO’s, VP’s of Finance, FP&A Directors and Budgeting Managers to understand their budgeting, forecasting, reporting, consolidation and business intelligence process and how to optimize it.

Terry Coelho, CFO, BioDelivery Sciences International:  Ms. Coelho’s extensive experience includes serving in diverse leadership capacities across various industries for both private and public global companies.  Most recently, Ms. Coelho served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Balchem Corporation.   Previously, she served as Chief Operating Office for Diversey, Inc., a multi-billion dollar global private equity carve-out from Sealed Air Corporation and held senior finance positions at Diversey Care from 2014 through 2017.  Ms. Coelho has also served in senior finance leadership roles at Novartis from 2007 to 2014. 

Scott Friedman, Chairman, Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP: Mr. Friedman is a Partner and Chairman of Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP, a General Partner in Impact Capital of New York, LLC, a venture capital fund, and a Principal and Senior Advisor in D21 Partners, a business advisory firm.

Tom Peff, Finance Director, Adaptive Insights: Over 15 years professional experience in financial, operational and principal investment roles. Successfully implemented business change and growth at both early and late stage companies.

Registration

CFO Leadership Council members may attend this program for free. Non-member senior financial executives who are CFOs, Vice Presidents of Finance, Directors of Finance and Controllers (or the like) are welcome to attend this program at a one-time cost of $60.

Please note that service providers or any executives who are not senior financial executives (CFOs, Vice Presidents of Finance, Controllers, Directors of Finance, etc.) will not be admitted attendance to this event. The CFO Leadership Council reserves the right to decline any registration.
