Program Description:

The greatest challenge and opportunity facing a chief financial leader is to turn around a struggling enterprise. Many of Detroit’s best companies were once in bankruptcy, or on the edge of it. Strong and visionary financial leadership is one of the most critical components needed for a successful corporate turnaround. We have assembled a panel of proven turnaround experts who will share the experiences in executing this most difficult of all business achievements.

Learning Objectives:

  • Early signs: CFOs are typically the first to recognize early warning signs of slowing growth - when do you panic and how do you get the rest of the executive team to hear you?
  • Stabilization: CFOs know where the bodies are buried, how do you prioritize spend
  • Strategic: What's plan B and what are the milestones to get there
  • Cultural: Restoring trust, management changes, and inspiring the team
