CFOs as Growth Agents

Program Description

No matter your company type or size, enabling innovation can be difficult if your culture isn’t supportive of new ideas. For example, getting new products or services off the ground can be tough if employees are consumed by existing business requirements. Pursuing acquisitions and integrating new companies brings new risks into the picture. All of these roadblocks grinds your innovation to a halt, leaving you in the dust of your competitors.

Join us for "CFOs as Growth Agents" where our panel of experts will discuss how new and established companies are breaking ground and implementing creative strategies to create and launch new products and services that can grow the top line.

Learning Objectives

• How to enable innovation in an existing culture

• Best practices for incubating new ideas

• How to overcome corporate inertia when developing and launching new growth plans

• Winning approaches for launching new products & services

• The trade-offs between build, buy or partner strategies
