Beyond the Numbers: The CFO as a Transformation Leader
How finance can successfully lead business transformation and navigate change
Organizations are re-inventing themselves as highly responsive, customer-centric, technology-driven organizations which effects every role in the organization, including the CFO.
In today’s climate, the CFO role must evolve from fiduciary to visionary, from measuring change to driving change and to supporting ongoing business transformation. Instead of challenging change, they must lead it and they are in the best position to do so.

- How to integrate people, process and technology to develop a culture of continuous process improvement
- How an organization can navigate change to overcome the biggest barriers to innovation in an existing culture – adopting a change management mindset
