Consisting of and moderated by experienced CFOs who have recently completed diverse exits for their own organizations, this session will provide a variety of perspectives on how to strategize, plan and execute a successful liquidation event, whether it be an IPO, a merger, or an acquisition. This discussion will follow the chronology of transaction, from initial charter to the final day of the deal, and detail the challenges and solutions our panelists found along the way.
