Program Description

Consisting of and moderated by experienced CFOs who have recently completed diverse exits for their own organizations, this session will provide a variety of perspectives on how to strategize, plan and execute a successful liquidation event, whether it be an IPO, a merger, or an acquisition. This discussion will follow the chronology of transaction, from initial charter to the final day of the deal, and detail the challenges and solutions our panelists found along the way.

CFOs and other senior finance executives interested in comparing the process of different exit types in consideration of their own growth plans.
