Program Description:

Current CFO Leadership Council members may attend this program for free.  CFO Leadership Council members from all our chapters may also attend for free. Non-member senior financial executives who are CFOs, Vice Presidents of Finance, Directors of Finance and Controllers (or the like) are welcome to attend this program for 
$50. 

Please note that service providers or any executives who are not senior financial executives (CFOs, Vice Presidents of Finance, Controllers, Directors of Finance, etc.) will not be admitted attendance to this event. The CFO Leadership Council reserves the right to decline any registration.

Chris is the CFO for Siepe, a privately held SaaS company that provides flexible technology services to asset managers to transform their business. Chris has over 25 years of management, finance and accounting experience in a variety of industries, including software, data, healthcare and telecom. He is an accomplished finance professional with a strong record of driving strategies, initiatives, and processes that generate significant gains in financial performance and operational efficiencies for businesses. Over the years Chris has participated as a panelist in different forums covering topics such as financial modeling, budgeting/forecasting and SOX compliance. Chris is a CPA and a graduate of The University of Tulsa.

Shaun Buckley, CPA, Partner, Transaction Advisory Services - Financial, BDO

Shaun has 23 years of experience providing transaction advisory services. He currently provides financial due diligence and structuring, deal process management, consultation regarding transaction documents and closing and post-closing services to private equity and private/public strategic clients. Shaun has provided assistance on acquisitions, divestitures and recapitalizations covering a broad range of industries including manufacturing & distribution, food processing & distribution, healthcare services, oil & gas services, business services, automotive, consumer products, and technology services.

 

Ben Koch, Managing Director, Global Investment Banking, Bank of America Merrill Lynch

Ben Koch is a Managing Director within the Investment Banking practice of Bank of America Merrill Lynch. With a career spanning over 20 years, Ben has extensive corporate finance and investment banking experience comprising over $100 billion of M&A and financing transactions in sectors such as Technology, Consumer and Industrial. He has advised on numerous M&A assignments, including sell-side and buy-side transactions, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts as well as executed numerous debt and equity financings including several IPOs, convertible debt, follow-on equity and bond offerings.
