Virtual businesses used to be a revolutionary concept.  Now it is the new normal.  The impact of COVID-19 has CFOs facing unplanned challenges in an unforeseen economic downturn.  This complex environment of uncertainty and disruption means, more than ever, finance leaders must make good decisions, and effectively communicate them.  This could mean a reset of original plans, or a complete revamp of a business model.

Learning Objectives:

  • Discover ideas to make adjustments to keep day to day business on track. (Modified work schedules, tracking implementation, reopening of offices, office adjustments, temperature checks, and more.)

  • Determine how to engage and direct the energies of your organization, manage all stakeholders and communicate changes effectively to weather today's challenges.

  • Understand how to define the skill sets important to virtual team members and leaders to rebuild, streamline, onboard and retain your workforce virtually and in-person.

  • Learn how to develop airtight processes and sophisticated tools for managing data via investment in technology large and small.
