Amir Feder, Chief Financial Officer, Hughes Marino - Amir is chief financial officer at Hughes Marino, an industry-leading commercial real estate firm with offices across the nation. Amir leads all aspects of the firm’s finances and is based in the firm’s headquarters.
Amir’s career has spanned over twenty years, providing financial leadership to innovative organizations in the tech, media, gaming and entertainment industry. He is excited to devote his energies to commercial real estate and partner with the executive team to scale the business through hyper growth while maintaining a focus on culture.
Amir’s most recent role was Global Chief Financial Officer at Droga5, an award-winning advertising agency in NYC. During his tenure, headcount grew from 50 employees to 700. Amir led the sale of Droga5 in a landmark deal to Accenture in 2019.
Amir holds an MBA, Finance and Media from the Fordham University. In his free time, Amir and his family enjoy the outdoors and are very passionate in supporting animal rights.
Dipak Shah, Chief Executive Officer, Site 1001 - Dipak is an accomplished, innovative Financial and Technology (FINTECH) SaaS leader with 30+ years of experience in Technology, Engineering, Sales and Investment Banking. With experience leading corporate, entrepreneurial, mid/stage and start-up business ventures, Dipak has been successful in developing, leading and growing organizations from inception to IPO or sale that has ranged from $40M-$750M.
By leading with integrity, collaboration and transparency, Dipak has been able to focus on performance and increased top and bottom line growth in all endeavors. Dipak's focus has always been to build top notch teams to increase both operational and capital efficiency. With an uncanny ability to raise funds, Dipak has consistently built products that provide solutions to problems with sustainable growth. Matt Svetich, Managing Director, Effectus Group - Matt is the Managing Director for Effectus Group’s managed service practice which specializes in providing accounting staff augmentation on a full-time project basis to high-growth companies. Matt has over 20 years of experience in public accounting, including 10 years at KPMG (in the Silicon Valley, Boston, and Brazil offices). Matt has worked with all types of companies from start-ups to large public companies valued at over $10 billion.
Prior to joining Effectus, Matt was one of the founding partners of a successful international accounting firm focused on cross-border transactions. Matt also worked in a software security start-up in San Francisco that had a successful exit with Checkpoint.
Matt has been heavily involved in the the start-up community including serving as a judge for Harvard Business School’s venture start-up program, guest lecturer at Northeastern University’s school of business, and an international business delegate for San Francisco Mayor’s office. Matt has also been working as a steering committee member with the CFO Leadership Council for almost 10 years (in the San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Boston, and Orange County chapters.)
He is a Certified Public Accountant in California and holds a master's degree in Accounting and a dual bachelor degree in Economics and Business Administration.
