  PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

How finance can successfully lead business transformation and strategically navigate the change.

CFOs are used to being introduced to new technologies that promise to simplify processes and enhance productivity in the finance department. But, as "Digital Transformation" initiatives are often spanning across departments in order to remove business silos. The first step of any organizational transformation starts with a strategy, and in this case, answer the question of what business goals are you trying to solve and then what technology can be leveraged to achieve those business outcomes. How do you ensure that what you are investing in is aiding the correct priority? When do you seek a trusted partner versus internal resources?  What should you be focusing on that will enhance your processes?

Technology works well when you are intentionally including your people and the right process. Finding the appropriate balance in your teams and your company requires a strategic mind and an understanding of what works best in your unique environments.

Join the Kansas City CFOLC  on March 12th for “A Strategic Look at Digital Transformation,” where our panel will discuss basic strategies to help CFOs properly define the needs of their company and how to apply the right technology to improve or change existing processes.
