Companies in this current economic state of all-time high asset valuations for businesses, and their underlying owned-real estate, have a unique opportunity to monetize these assets for core business funding and/or dividend recapitalizations. Ample liquidity and capital providers coupled with the current yield curve dynamics create opportunities for CFOs to obtain cost-effective and flexible funding structures to execute their company’s growth and strategy objectives. CFOs should understand the available debt financing alternatives and the associated advantages and pitfalls of each instrument.
Participants in this webinar will come away with an understanding of the following:
• Overview of commercial bank debt financing basics
• Explore pros & cons of structures and terms of various debt instruments
• Understanding of current market trends and drivers of increased sale-leaseback activity
• The new tax accounting rules for leases
