Jack McCullough is a recognized thought leader in the field of financial leadership, with a career that has included CFO positions at 26 companies. He founded the CFO Leadership Council, a global organization dedicated to empowering senior financial executives through innovative professional development programs and peer networking. His other accomplishments include chairing the MIT Sloan CFO Summit, and creating the vision behind CFO Week, a one-of-a-kind learning and networking experience jointly executed by the CFO Leadership Council and MIT Sloan. He recently published his first book, Secrets of Rockstar CFOs, which provides insights on the best practices of elite chief financial officers.
Diana Purcel, Board Member,Animal Humane Society
Diana is a strategic thought leader with 30 years’ experience within consumer driven businesses, and extensive experience as a public company and private company CFO. Most recently, Diana was the EVP & CFO of iMedia, Inc., (Evine Live, Inc.), a publicly held multi-platform, interactive video and digital commerce media company based in Eden Prairie, MN. Prior to this, she was the CFO of Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants, a privately held/private equity-sponsored, restaurant concept based in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to joining Cooper’s Hawk, Diana spent over ten years as the CFO of Famous Dave’s of America, Inc., a publicly held restaurant company and franchisor based in Minnetonka, Minnesota, and prior to that, she was the CFO of Paper Warehouse, Inc., a publicly held party-goods retailer and franchisor based in Hopkins, Minnesota.

Non-member senior financial executives who are CFOs, Vice Presidents of Finance, Directors of Finance and Controllers (or the like) are welcome to attend this program for $60.
