PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

This all-encompassing program provides CFOs with a complete overview of the merger and acquisition process, combining elements of financial optimization, due diligence readiness, and strategic planning. Participants will learn how to enhance their company’s value, prepare thoroughly for the due diligence process, and develop effective strategies for engaging with potential buyers or merging entities. The program will cover the key phases of M&A — from initial preparation and valuation enhancement to navigating complex negotiations and post-merger integration. We have created three separate modules focused on maximizing value, due diligence, and responding to offers. These programs are not in the course book but available for asking.
