  PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

As your company is going through a new implementation, it is imperative that the CFO continues to communicate the “why.”

Change is hard. Frustration levels can be high. When your employees begin to challenge the change,  CFOs are in the best position to support and inspire the team through the ongoing transformation.

How does the CFO maintain a healthy level of energy so that they can continue to manage expectations and make sure the team continues to understand the vision and embrace the change.

Join the Philadelphia CFOLC on January 15th for “Digital Transformation and ERP” as we hear from our panel of experts who will share tips on getting beyond the purchase and getting through the process.

  KEY TAKEAWAYS
  • How CFOs can help their team maintain focus, positivity and productivity before, during and after the implementation
  • The importance of communicating the end goal clearly and consistently
  • Benchmarking against the initial investment
