At the same time, CFO’s are often saddled with the risk management and legal mitigation of negative or toxic cultures. Compounding these challenges is the accelerating rate with which organizations face bigger, more complex and volatile problems with far less predictability of outcomes.

This program will examine several proven strategies that experts increasingly agree hold the key to success. Primarily, that organizational culture based upon Trust, Purpose and Values are at the heart of high performance today. Through an interactive series of exercises and open discussion, we will explore these proven facets of culture and provide tangible actions that organizations can deploy to achieve performance improvement.
Each CFOLC member will be invited to complete a brief web-based survey in advance of the program, that will be aggregated and shared at the event. Understanding the current ‘aggregated’ culture landscape as a baseline, this first step allows for the creation of a measurable performance improvement strategy.
Our speaker, Rob Nielsen, CEO of All American Leadership, will share the collective experience and research of his distinguished team of military and business leaders, having worked with a wide array of industries, including high tech, manufacturing, finance, aerospace, service organizations, the military and the fire service. Rob will also discuss the concept of Values Based Decision Making, that can be utilized to accelerate communication alignment at all levels of an organization.
