Petra is an empowering strategist, innovative thinker, global connector and a German native, who has lived and worked in the UK, Italy, France and Australia before moving to the US. Petra operates at the intersection of business and talent strategy empowering leaders to grow successful and profitable organizations while providing thriving workplaces and opportunities for growth and development to their workforce. Her mission is to foster engagement across industries, cultures and geographies to enable leaders to lead their organizations successfully through industry disruption and transformation.

In the past, Petra worked with leadership teams at ALCOA Automotive Structures, Dt. Bank, Digital Equipment and various other mid- and small-sized organizations across a variety of industries. Petra attended the University of Passau (Germany) as well as the Fremdspacheninstitut der Landeshauptstadt Muenchen and has a BA in French. She also studied at the University of East Anglia (UK) and the University of Perugia per Stranieri (Italy).
