Session Descriptions

Intelligent Automation & RPA @ Partners Healthcare

Partners Healthcare, a KPMG Advisory client, is leading the way in automating operational processes across multiple corporate functions. They’ve taken a unique approach to the process by not centralizing the initiative in one department and staying there until they’ve automated everything. Instead, they’ve identified the most impactful areas where automation could be applied and are rolling it out with a phased approach. This has been led by Director of Robotic Process Automation, Ben Berkowitz, who will walk through the drivers that are motivating Partners to invest and implement in RPA and what they’ve been able achieve through the first phases.

Business Disruption

David vs Goliath is a tale everyone loves to reference when they talk about disruption. If a company is innovating in a space dominated by giants, they not only need to come up with fresh perspectives on old ideas, but they also need to structure their company to battle the resistance they’ll encounter. Marketing, sales and legal teams will be needed to communicate a message of value that cuts through the status quo. This panel brings together multiple unique perspectives on business disruption. KPMG’s Executive Director for Industries will also help our audience parse through the stories to paint a picture of how KPMG sees our clients prepare to address disruption in their own industries.
