Program description
: Our speakers will discuss the latest trends around workplace strategies and local market insight for Houston. We will review how spaces are being designed, the best way to execute on a change in layout and the fundamentals behind the market statistics including emerging trends in specific markets and general outlook for 2019 and 2020.

Our discussion will provide an overview of the latest trends and insights in workplace design. We will review how companies are using their workspace to foster innovation, collaboration as well as help increase employee engagement, satisfaction and retention.

  • Workplace Design Trends (how to make an open office space work. Different types of layouts. Matching layouts with type of work. Pros/Cons of open space. How to make an open space successful. Rules of open space.)

  • Trends (SF per employee, decreasing RE costs?)

All current CFO Leadership Council members may attend this program for free. Non-member senior financial executives who are CFOs, Vice Presidents of Finance, Directors of Finance and Controllers (or the like) are welcome to attend this program for $60.

Please note that service providers or any executives who are not senior financial executives cannot attend this event. The CFO Leadership Council reserves the right to decline any registration.
