Program description

 

PLAN YOUR ATTACK!  is a peer to peer interactive collaboration to help you create strategies and tactics to implement a strong budget in the coming year.

 

PLAN YOUR ATTACK!  is about architecting a best practices framework that will engage your managers and department leaders to be involved in the process and work to align budgeting with the company’s strategic vision.

 

We’ll start our interactive workshop with a challenge:  How confident are you that all of your people will buy into and implement the budget? 

 

Make plans to join us on September 10th for this interactive, facilitated workshop with your peers.

  • Learn how dynamic planning techniques can increase business agility
  • Find out the best practices and techniques for management reporting
  • Approach the budgeting and planning process with a clearer communication of board & CEO expectations
  • Effectively manage both operational and strategic roles and responsibilities including maximizing internal resources to take control of day-to-day operations

Non-member senior financial executives who are CFOs, Vice Presidents of Finance, Directors of Finance and Controllers (or the like) are welcome to attend this program for $75.

 

Please note that service providers or any executives who are not senior financial executives (CFOs, Vice Presidents of Finance, Controllers, Directors of Finance, etc.) will not be admitted attendance to this event. The CFO Leadership Council reserves the right to decline any registration.
