PLAN YOUR ATTACK! is about architecting a best practices framework that will engage your managers and department leaders to be involved in the process and work to align budgeting with the company’s strategic vision.
We’ll start our interactive workshop with a challenge: How confident are you that all of your people will buy into and implement the budget?

Non-member senior financial executives who are CFOs, Vice Presidents of Finance, Directors of Finance and Controllers (or the like) are welcome to attend this program for $75.
Please note that service providers or any executives who are not senior financial executives (CFOs, Vice Presidents of Finance, Controllers, Directors of Finance, etc.) will not be admitted attendance to this event. The CFO Leadership Council reserves the right to decline any registration.
