Description

Consisting of and moderated by experienced CFOs who have recently completed diverse exits for their own organizations, this session will provide a variety of perspectives on how to strategize, plan and execute a successful liquidation event, whether it be an IPO, a merger, or an acquisition. This discussion will follow the chronology of transaction, from initial charter to the final day of the deal and detail the challenges and solutions our panelists found along the way.

Registration

All current CFO Leadership Council members may attend this program for free. Non-member senior financial executives who are CFOs, Vice Presidents of Finance, Directors of Finance and Controllers (or the like) are welcome to attend this program for $60.

Please note that service providers or any executives who are not senior financial executives cannot attend this event. The CFO Leadership Council reserves the right to decline any registration.
