Jeremy Koczan, Chief Financial Officer, Altamira Technologies Corporation
Jeremy Koczan is the Chief Financial Officer of Altamira Technologies Corporation, a data analytics and advanced engineering company supporting the U.S. national security community headquartered in McLean, Virginia.
As Chief Financial Officer of Altamira Technologies Corporation, Jeremy Koczan has primary responsibility for all Altamira accounting, finance, contracts, supply chain, pricing/estimating, procurement, treasury, legal, information technology and facilities operations. He also serves as the Corporate Secretary and Treasurer. Prior to joining Altamira, Koczan was the Senior Finance Manager and Chief Financial Officer of the Raytheon Blackbird Technologies sub-mission area with Raytheon’s Intelligence, Information, and Services (IIS) business.
As a member of the Raytheon IIS Finance function, Koczan was responsible for effective financial execution and delivering committed financial results for the Raytheon Blackbird business. Prior to this position, Koczan was the Senior Finance Manager and Business Unit Controller for the Mission Solutions sub mission area within IIS. Koczan also served as the Senior Finance Manager for IIS level Indirect Budgeting, Capital Planning, and Functional Controllership.
Prior to joining Raytheon, Koczan was an Account Manager and Senior Financial Analyst for Precision Castparts Corporation (PCC) headquartered in Portland, OR. PCC is a worldwide, diversified manufacturer of complex metal components and products which serves the aerospace, power, and general industrial markets. As part of the Account Management team, Koczan was the key customer contact for contract management, customer negotiations, and bid/proposal creation, strategy, and execution. Prior to this role, as a member of the Finance team, Koczan was responsible for all budgeting, modeling, forecasting, and cost accounting for numerous domestic and international locations.
Prior to joining Precision Castparts Corp., Koczan was a Performance Measurement Analyst and Senior Account Controller for State Street Corporation headquartered in Boston, MA. State Street Corporation is a financial holding company which provides products and services for institutional investors worldwide. As part of the Performance & Analytics group, he was responsible for market analysis, benchmark reconciliation, performance analysis, and project management. He was also responsible for accounting, custodial, and cash management activities for domestic and international mutual funds.
Koczan holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Bridgewater State University. He also received an MBA from Nichols college and is a registered Six Sigma Blackbelt.
Nakia McKenzie, Vice President of Compensation and Benefits, AARP
Nakia McKenzie is AARP’s Vice President of Compensation and Benefits. She and her team lead the Association in developing compensation, benefit, and reward programs that support AARP’s mission and help create a workplace culture that maximizes each employee’s contribution to AARP. Nakia brought to AARP more than 20 years of leadership experience in compensation and benefits. Most recently, Nakia served as the Director of Total Rewards, at the American Chemical Society and has had exposure to non-profits, government contracting, and private enterprise organizations such as ICF International, Vangent, Crowell & Moring, LLP and Sunrise Senior Living. Nakia holds a master’s of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a bachelor’s of science in Business Management from West Virginia Wesleyan College. She also possesses several certifications in global compensation and benefits management.
Tara Pellet, Assistant Vice President, AHT
As Assistant Vice President at AHT, a full-service insurance brokerage and consulting firm, Tara Pellet helps customers overcome the challenges they face when designing and administering benefit programs. Tara is a hands-on leader who focuses on perfecting each transaction for optimal efficiency–which reduces the overall spend for each AHT customer.
Over the past decade her career has been focused on assisting clients to find innovative ways to not only attract but to also retain their top tier talent. Tara educates, empowers and enables her clients by providing detailed insight on how to select products, and implement programs, geared towards intelligently improving the company’s culture.
Tara holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware, Master of Education from Cabrini College and a Masters in Human Science from Hood College. She has also completed the SHRM certification SHRM-CP. Her dedication to the HR profession has led her to serve on the board of 3 SHRM chapters
Keri Stockland, Chief Financial Officer, DKT International
Keri has 20 years combined experience in management advisory, public accounting as well as industry experience working in accounting and financial reporting (SEC) roles at a publicly traded government contractor, a publicly traded airline, and most recently at DKT International.
Her client industry experience includes financial services, healthcare, oil & gas, mining, chemical and education. In addition to assisting clients within the US, Keri has worked onsite in Europe, Asia, and South America assisting organizations with post-acquisition Finance Integration and IPO readiness activities. Keri has managed teams comprised of US, local, and offshore resources.
At DKT International, Keri is leading the finance function of this large international NGO. Along with organic growth of over 40% the last 3 years and an acquisition in 2017, DKT sells products in over 40 countries through 50+ legal entities based in 26 country offices.
