Every conversation is an interview. Every meeting is a tryout. If you struggle with vague, rambling or flat messaging in your business, you are not alone. Your brand as a distinguished CFO doesn't just happen. It takes real effort across multiple channels and should emphasize who you are as an effective, credible and ethical leader.
Join us for this interactive session designed specifically for CFOs to learn how to "Elevate your Brand, Communicate Skillfully and Lead Ethically." Executive coach and strategy consultant Tom Curran will dive into the brands of our own CFO members to identify where we can improve our message, what methods we should consider to get ourselves out there and identify why we all should be concerned with our brand in the first place. We will also focus on how to build credibility and create business value in an ethical way through powerful communication.
- How to identify and nurture your core beliefs and truths that define you as a leader
- How to align your leadership skills with your business strategy to create a competitive edge
- The high-impact communications tools and techniques for your leadership and business story with your employees, shareholders, and other important stakeholders
