She has successfully founded two of her own companies and held a variety of C level positions over the course of the last twenty years. Matt Svetich is the CEO of Effectus Group Staffing (EG Staffing), a well-established firm specialized in providing accounting and finance professionals on a temporary and direct hire basis to high-growth companies. Matt is responsible for corporate business development and strategic alliances. Matt has a strong background in entrepreneurship coupled with the foundation of Big 4 accounting experience that has led him to many successes throughout his 20-year career. Matt has held various roles including as director leading the San Francisco office at Effectus Group specializing in technical accounting, IPO, M&A Financial Due Diligence and FinOps services.
Matt was also an audit senior manager at KPMG in the Silicon Valley and Boston offices for 10 years. Matt has extensive work experience with pre-IPO and public companies in multiple sectors, including Hardware, Software, eCommerce, and Energy. Matt is a Certified Public Accountant in California and holds a master's degree in accounting and a dual bachelor degree in economics and business administration. Matt is a member of the steering committee for the CFO Leadership Council in Silicon Valley, Boston, and Los Angeles.
