Bob Cruickshank, Chief Administrative Officer, ezCater, Inc.
Bob is a proven finance leader with more than 20 years’ experience at public and private companies, high growth start-ups, and mature-stage organizations. Prior to ezCater, Bob served as CFO at Amazon Robotics (formerly Kiva Systems), where he led financial integration with Amazon and built a finance and accounting function that supported a 10x scaling of operations. Prior to that, he served as VP of Finance at Aspen Technology. Bob holds a BA from Wake Forest University and an MBA from Northeastern University.
Michal Kimeldorfer Rabinowitz, Vice President, Human Resources, Teradyne, Inc.
Michal Kimeldorfer Rabinowitz joined Teradyne in the fall of 2017 as the Vice President of Human Resources. Driven by her passion for the business of people, Michal arrived at Teradyne with a diverse background in Human Resources. She has worked in similar capacities at several companies including ADAMA Agricultural Solutions, Comverse Technology and Intralinks, where she most recently served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources.
Michal has an undergraduate degree in Business and Economics, as well as a Bachelor of Law degree, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

James M. Waddell, MBA, CIA - Corporate Controller, Bose Corporation
Jim has global responsibility at Bose for accounting, tax, finance systems and special projects. Jim has held two other positions at Bose: finance director of international sales and internal audit director. Before joining Bose, Jim was the internal audit director at Teradyne, internal audit director at Talbots Corporation and a member of the National Retail Federation’s Internal Audit Board of Directors.
Jim is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and holds a B.S. degree in accounting and quantitative methods and a Master’s degree in finance and investments, both from Babson College. He is also a certified project manager, Lean Six Sigma green belt and a steering committee member of the CFO Leadership Council Boston Chapter.
