Kim is currently the CFO of ResMan, LLC. She has served as an Independent Board Director on the Board of Switch, Inc and the Chair of the Audit Committee. Kim joined StackPath after serving as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of publicly-traded CyrusOne where she was named CFO of the Year by the Dallas Business Journal. Before CyrusOne, Kim held positions at Cincinnati Bell such as VP of Investor Relations, VP of Finance and Treasurer, and VP of Financial Planning and Analysis since 1996. Cincinnati's One Hundred Wise Women program awarded Kim one of the community's most accomplished women. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the University of Cincinnati.

David is an experienced finance executive with over 30 years of global finance leadership spanning both private and public owned multi-national companies. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer & Controller with General Electric Dresser amongst other experience. He started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers and served global energy clients while based in the USA, England and Russia. He has been an independent director and audit committee chair for Perma Pipe International Holdings, Inc. since 2015. Mr. Brown is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Texas and has a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
