About Our Speakers

Ranga Bodla

Ranga has over 20 years of combined product management and marketing experience in the software technology industry. As the Head of Industry Marketing for NetSuite, Ranga Bodla is chartered with driving the overall strategy and go-to-market for success across all of NetSuite's industries including Wholesale Distribution, Manufacturing, Software, Services, Non-Profit, Advertising, Media and Publishing. Prior to joining NetSuite, Ranga led a global team focused on the successful go-to-market of SAP’s Governance Risk and Compliance Solutions. Prior to his role at SAP, Ranga led Product Management and Marketing at Pilot Software (acquired by SAP). Ranga received a BS in Engineering from Trinity University in San Antonio.

John Udelhofen

John Udelhofen is a proven leader and visionary with more than 25 years in entrepreneurial startups and 14 years of corporate experience. He served as interim CFO for a $100 million systems integration firm, assisting in the integration of an acquired entity. He previously was chief financial officer at One North Interactive LLC, a digital marketing agency, where he focused his efforts on evaluating the overall business to right-size and optimize operations during a downturn in sales. The assignment led to a successful sale to a strategic buyer.

At Creative Group Inc., a division of Direct Travel, as senior vice president of finance, IT and operations, Mr. Udelhofen was responsible for the integration of systems, operations and ERP financial reporting of two companies. In his prior leadership role at Blue Stone International LLC, as partner and CFO/COO, he grew the company from 50 employees to 128, and revenues from $10 million to $24 million within 18 months, leading to Blue Stone’s sale to a public company for $30 million. He previously was chairman and CEO of Laurus Technologies, where he helped grow the company from startup to 85 people and revenues peaking at $65 million.

Mr. Udelhofen excels at building strategic plans, flexible business models and management teams to implement and support the models in the most efficient way possible. His focus on the customer value proposition is the most critical element to the successful models.

Mr. Udelhofen lectured at St. Xavier University on topics including strategic planning and execution, culture management, cloud computing and analytics as well as change management. Additionally, he taught business courses at the College of DuPage, and undergraduate and graduate finance courses at Aurora University. He also has been an adjunct faculty member at DeVry and Northwestern Business Colleges.

Eric Luehmann

Eric is a CPA qualified ex accountant who has been helping companies make sense of the hyperconnected cloud ERP space for the last 15 years. Eric’s expertise ranges from global financial systems implementation and optimization to running tactical financial reporting projects to give the CFO faster and better decision making capabilities.
